Once again DXTL remind all of the National REFspect awareness weekend this April,it is the importance of good behaviour from the sidelines in grassroots football, we need to support our grassroots referees and take away the irate parents and spectators, and in some cases managers and coaches.It costs us nothing to shake hands and encourage the kids and referees as many of the refs now are still in school.
