Running a grassroots football team should be fun for the kids including the manager,But is all this Online admin from the Whole Game System, and the Leagues Full Time ,taking away the fun from the Manager/Secretary of the team,Is it putting you off running a team,or as the Secretary is it like a full time job, Also as a volunteer, why should you face a fine for not completing it?
