“Mal talks about the facilities that are in junior leagues, and knows it is a major problem,as some are in much need of repair, but the real concern is that many junior leagues do not even have any facilities for the children to get changed in or even use a toilet because their is no toilets for them to use, 2013 when you compare the European football facilities to ours this is supposed to be the home of football this is a disgrace .Does your league have any facilities.?
