Away from grassroots football a little, just to let you know that i received a message from a TUI Rep being the bearer of bad news. Our holiday flight to Cyprus had been changed due to safety which i don’t have a problem with. But what i do have a problem with is the fact it is a smaller Spanish Airline Albastar who own 5 aircraft? with no leg room i believe TUI have saved a small fortune by doing this and the passengers/customers have been short changed. If they change a flight it should be Like for Like not a down grade for the same cost, and never mind terms and conditions your thoughts please?
Also planning for football this weekend then plan with REFspect at the beginning.Thank You.
