Mal” spends an evening with Merseyrail Bootle Youth U/10 Girls for the GRR121 Diversity who have signed up to the program giving children a voice and helping us to reach 400 young people as program participants using the ‘ladder of participation’ approach to including young people in influencing and shaping our planning;articulating their needs and aspirations enabling them to ‘speak to power’ in creating opportunities as traditional youth services dry-up in the face of austerity and rising youth unemployment.
