Mal” encourages all teams at grassroots level to have a monthly parent meetings to discuss behaviour on touchlines, what the club expects and how they can help out, as some parents wait to be asked thinking everything is ok if they see the manager doing all, they take that as I’m ok i don;t require any help..Your thoughts please.?
