On this evenings show, we have guest Peter Tipney who is involved in a league committee, but before this Peter was in his own words, a bit of an irate manager towards the referees. Peter has come in to the DXTL Grassroots studio to talk about how he nows sees referees being a committee, member and also now that his son has taken up the whistle. So how has Peter changed?
