Why do some parents take over the role of the coach on a match day ?
if you want to coach take the course then get yourself a DBS, Check, Safeguarding certificate and First aid certificate thats just for starters.
There is no certificate for shouting at the children and the above does not give you the permission to do so, take a back seat and leave it to the coach to encourage the kids, if you still don’t want to do this then stay at home as we have no place in grassroots football for you.
Leave the children to play, and let the Referee do the job that they have been trained to do.
